prayer needed for all team and candidates for the next mens and womans weekend. Mens is the 28th feb and the ladies begins on the 6th March. Lord let the entire team be a witness to you gospel. Let everyone show love to one another.

Dear God as you guide your people threw this blessed holy season wrap your mantal of hope around your people. Guide all those who are feeling hopeless. And send to them in need all they need this xmas.

As you travel through this joyful season spend a little time in prayer for the forbes family. Jesus i trust in you to give Ian back to Mary.

Jesus i ask you here today to intercede with the COR Group. Like you in your short years of missionary they are coming up against a few barriers. I have every faith that through prayer and intercession with you the barriers will come down and the phoneyiness will cease. God grant them the wisdom to understand how special and important your Mass is for their growth. Allow them to experience your love through the Blessed Sacrament. Happy are those who have not seen but yet believe. O Holy St. Anthony, be our protector and defender. Ask God to surround us with the Holy Angels, so that we may emerge from every danger in the fullness of health and well being. Guide our life journey, so we will always walk safely together with you, in God's friendship. Amen. Within our society there are a lot of people who are burdened with alcohol within the family. I ask all of you who read this message to pray not only for the alcoholic but for their families who are trying very hard to cope with the situation. Alcohol is a growing trend within all communities and we are seeing more and more young people developing the sickness of alcoholism. It is not easy to live in an environment were you are totally helpless to a sickness. The easy part for me and you to do is to pray. I know it can be hard at times and you may even think whats the point if they are still drinking. A good friend once sent me a little saying which goes like this. "IF THE ANSWER TO YOUR PRAYER SEEMS SLOW IT IS GOD'S WAY OF MAKING YOUR FAITH GROW". So stand up strong today and keep the prayer going. God grant me the serentity to accept the things i cannot change, courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference. LOVE THEM EVEN IF THEY DON'T LOVE THEMSELVES.
